- Work order is reviewed with client
- Diamond grinding begins (dust control used)
- Make saw cut at door line
- Hand-grind front edge
- Vacuuming of Floor
- Repairs made
- Joints Caulked
- Materials Applied (Poly or 100% solids) with roller
- Flake to rejection (over thrown to ensure consistency)
- Work space cleaned
- Garage door left cracked slightly
Day 2
- Crews arrive at predetermined time
- Flake collection
- Scraping of floor and joints
- Vacuuming
- More Vacuuming
- Touch-ups (if any)
- High Grade Polyaspartic applied at high build
- Anti-slip in every floor
- Garage door left cracked slightly
- 24 hours for items under 500lbs
- 5 days after install, cars can come back in
- 3 days later follow-up / balance request
